Topos arkitektur og design is an architectural design practice focusing on the relation between building and landscape. Our brand name Topos means place in Greek – we design places for people. We
put our emphasis on the relationship between building and landscape. We love to work with timber design. We focus on sustainability and the reuse of materials.
We are members of the Norwegian Association of Architechts (MNAL) and the Norwegian Association of Landscape Architects (MNLA). We are also member of Grønn Byggallianse – the Norwegian Green Building Council.
Our main office is in Grubbegata 14, 0179 Oslo where Topos shares co-office with long time collaborators Robert Gough and Sigve Grønsberg. Topos was founded by Jon Guttormsen in 2004. He lives with his family in Kongsvinger where he enjoys the great outdoors of Finnskogen.
